Connector Optics has completed work on the 2nd stage of the project within the framework of the Federal Target Program

Connector Optics LLC in a consortium with ITMO University and SPbPU successfully completed the second stage of the project "Development of technology for epitaxial growth of device semiconductor heterostructures based on InP: passive mode locked lasers and photodetectors of the 1300-1550 nm spectral range" within the framework of the Federal Target Program "Research and Development in priority areas of development of the scientific and technological complex of Russia on 2014-2020“ . At this stage, according to the schedule, models of PIN-type photodetector heterostructures and passive mode locked lasers were manufactured, programs and methods of research tests of PIN-type photodetector heterostructures and passive mode locked lasers were developed, research tests of manufactured heterostructure layouts were carried out according to the developed programs and methods.
