Connector Optics will promote its molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) on GaAs and InP substrates services for wide range of optoelectronic devices: edge-emitting lasers, VCSELs, photodiodes etc. Besides foundry services, company provides design services for specific needs of its customer.
Connector Optics has the state-of-the-art Riber 49 MBE machine equipped with various material sources. The team has experience in growing epiwafers both for industrial and R&D purposes, also by using unique growth techniques.
